The weekend is the perfect time for a little getaway – you can just hop in the car, start driving and clear your mind after the working week grind. At Miami Pet Mates, we get it – sometimes the 40-hour work week can leave you needing a little break. So, you’ve decided to get away just for a few days but you don’t want to spend the money to board your pet for the entire duration of your trip?
Maybe you have a cat with quite the personality – they are sassy, fierce, and totally their own animal. They hide the majority of the time, so you don’t even have to put that much effort into taking care of them. But, you still don’t want to leave them completely unattended for days at a time. Or, maybe it’s your dog. You have a perfect angel – they don’t tear things up; they just want to lay around and enjoy the peace and quiet of having the house to themselves. However, your furry friend still needs a little exercise and attention just to keep their spirits up.

If you opt to just have house visits for your pet, Miami Pet Mates pet sitters will merely pop in and out while you are gone. Rather than keeping your furry friend at their house, or staying with them at yours, they will just make a few regular visits to your home throughout the duration of your trip to check in on your pet. They will be there to feed them and walk them, just to make sure they stay fed, hydrated and get a little attention and exercise while you are away.
Drop-in visits $30 (30 minutes) per visit
Holiday Rate $50 (30 minutes) per visit

* Prices are subject to change depending on pet's disposition, (aggression behavior, medical condition, age and house training).
* Prices are subject to change on holiday periods: Holiday Periods are defined as: December 31st through January 2nd, Good Friday through Easter Monday, the Friday before Memorial Day through Memorial Day, July 3rd through 5th, the Friday before Labor Day through Labor Day, the Wednesday before Thanksgiving Day through the Sunday after, and December 23rd through 26th.
* Prepaid house visits are non-refundable.
* Drop-off/pick-up hours are subject to change due to weather and season. Pick-ups and drop-offs does not have a specific order, they are done based on daily route.
